Costa Rican biologist with research interests related to Biogeography, Bioacoustics and Conservation of Neotropical anurans. He is currently working in the Collection of Herpetology, Museum of Zoology, University of Costa Rica and collaborating with the Bioacoustics Laboratory of the Biology School, in the same study center. He also participates in the project "Laboratory of Automata and ntelligent Systems in Biodiversity" together with the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain.
