Localidad: Nanao, Ilan County: Taiwan
Observaciones: Ryukyu Kajika Frog. Another small treefrog, common in Taiwan. In the previous track, one could listen to this animal recorded from a few meters of distance. Here we are very close to an individual calling in a vegetable garden: by carefully and slowly approaching, the microphone was located a few centimeters from his mouth. Frogs won't pay attention to his presence, since they are more sensitive to movements and sounds than to visual shapes and colours. Silence and stillness is definitely the most effective way to observe and listen to the frogs, try it! Recorded in Nanao. llan County, 28.03.2OO9 (00:00 to 03:02).
